Is AI usage metered separately?
No. Officer and Agency plans include analysis usage under fair-use limits. Trial is capped at 5 reviews.
Can I share a badge with a partner?
No. Report960 enforces one active session per badge for liability reasons. Signing in on a second device signs the first out.
Do you store report content?
Only in your workspace. Reports are encrypted at rest and never used to train external models.
What if my agency needs SSO?
SSO and SAML are included on the Agency plan. Reach out and we'll configure your identity provider.
Which CA codes do you cover?
Penal, Vehicle, and Health & Safety at launch. Additional segments (e.g., municipal codes) can be added on Agency.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Officer plans bill monthly and cancel at the end of the cycle. Agency contracts are annual.
